Shipping policy

Postage within 3 business days. However we have a reputation for posting by the following day where possible. 

I am not driving the Australia Post truck nor running their organisation,  I pass on shipping costs to them and am then in their hands in regards to shipping time.

Australia Post has a 2-4 day expectation with Express Post, that is their policy and as i am not in charge of their organisation i also cannot guarantee they will always comply with that expectation.

when i pack your order you will receive an email that its ready to ship and a tracking number, this may be in your junk mail. Please in the first instance check for that before emailing to enable me to soend more time packing your orders and less responding to hours of emails.

If you think there's been a mistake by Australia Post you can call them and l9dge an enquiry,  i am not in a position to call them 25 times a day when all 25 can call once themselves. 

If item lost in the post prior to delivery then we will replace.
